Support Officer at 100% Join the Customer and Partner Relations unit of the Information Systems and Telecommunications Service (SSIT) of AVASAD! Support Officer at 100% With more than 5'000 collaborators distributed in 50 Medico-Social Centers (CMS), AVASAD is a key player in home maintenance in the canton of Vaud. We offer an essential service to the population by accompanying dependent or disabled people, while promoting innovative prevention and health promotion programs. To support the teams, we are looking for a support officer. What you will do: As a Support Officer, you will play an essential role in ensuring effective support for users: Receiving, entering and qualifying user incidents and requests; resolving simple failures (level 1) and transmitting complex cases to level 2 or business support. Providing 2nd level support on personal production tools, ensuring SLA compliance and controlling user satisfaction after each intervention. Managing user accounts and security groups in Active Directory and business applications. Handling application and security incidents: analysis, confinement if necessary, escalation to level 2 and RSSI, follow-up until resolution. Accompanying users in taking control of tools and change management; creating and maintaining support documents. Keeping the knowledge base up to date, analyzing incident trends and contributing to preventive actions, in accordance with ITIL standards. Supporting the unit manager in their activities (operational coordinator) Application manager of the ISTM tool (Easyvista) What we are looking for: Confirmed experience in IT support with a CFC in computer science. Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and ITIL repositories; mastery of EasyVista or OXYGEN is an asset. Sense of service, rigor in incident follow-up and ability to popularize technical concepts for a non-specialized audience. Autonomy, reactivity and good priority management in a multi-solicitation environment. Sensitivity to information security issues and very good mastery of written and spoken French.
