In this role, you will perform the online identification of customers on behalf of our clients, predominantly banks. This serves the creation of various bank applications such as account openings, credit cards, etc. Your main tasks include:

• Receiving video calls for the online identification of customers in the languages DE, FR and IT (EN is an advantage)
• Checking the online identifications carried out by team colleagues
• Various administrative tasks

We are looking for goal-oriented and motivated personalities with communication skills and tact. You enjoy working with new means of communication and also bring the following requirements:

• DE: very good oral and written expression skills
• FR and IT: solid knowledge to securely conduct customer conversations based on clear specifications
• EN: solid knowledge is an advantage
