Diagnose Engineer

Your tasks ###

• Support and maintenance of existing customer relationships in the technical environment
• Independent communication with customers via telephone, e-mail and digital tools
• Analysis, coordination and resolution of technical customer inquiries and malfunctions
• Processing of customer cases including creation and handling of invoicing
• Review and approval of technician reports as well as ensuring compliance with defined processes (e.g. iPDF, service protocols etc.)
• Support of the technical hotline and execution of error analyses

Your profile ###

• Completed technical vocational training
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (TNC 530 / 620 / 640)
• Experience with Siemens controls
• Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Sound electrical knowledge as well as ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Fluent German
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of technical challenges and complex error analyses
• Ability to work in a team as well as willingness to cooperate with various specialist departments
