Reduced Risk Products Financial Manager

Why does this position exist?

Join our Global Financial Performance team and contribute to shaping the future growth of Reduced Risk Products (RRP). In this role, you will provide financial expertise to support strategic and commercial decisions, drive value creation, provide business analysis, and contribute to planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives in a global environment.

What will you actually do?

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with commercial teams and provide financial advice for strategic decisions
• Develop financial scenarios to support decision-making in an evolving competitive environment
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial expertise to business cases
• Coordinate planning activities and support regional, market, and global stakeholders throughout planning cycles
• Consolidate and analyze business plans and financial submissions
• Monitor profitability and support performance management in the markets
• Provide financial analysis and prepare presentations for management audiences
• Analyze actual performance, identify trends, and formulate recommendations
• Monitor inventory-related risks and support financial reporting activities
• Drive process improvements and participate in automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives

Who are we looking for?

• University degree in finance or a related discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA
• Solid experience in financial management with a proven track record of business engagement and results
• Cross-functional experience, ideally gained in an international business environment
• Exposure to market, corporate, or business development processes in the tobacco or FMCG industry is an asset
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical ability combined with a business and insight-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills with great agility and flexibility
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders at all management levels
