Preventive or curative treatment, our leitmotiv is to intervene quickly with professionalism in order to satisfy all our customers.

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Customer service assistant

Your mission:

• Customer advice (existing or prospect) and loyalty
• Support to the external sales service
• Organization and planning of technicians' interventions at customers
• Follow-up of customer complaints and search for solutions
• Follow-up of invoicing and preparation of reminders regarding unpaid invoices in coordination with the finance department

Your profile:

• Training as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Autonomy in the execution of work with a very good team spirit
• Excellent customer orientation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills for problems encountered by customers
• Very good quality of work and sense of initiative
• Very good knowledge of French min. C1; Very good knowledge of German min. B2
• Effective communication with the different internal services (sales, technical, HR, finance)
• Good mastery of standard IT tools and ease in learning new software
