SAP Vendor Manager

Your field of activity • You control the Application Service Management across several services and are responsible for Problem Management • In cross-departmental disruption cases, you lead internal task forces and ensure a rapid restoration of services • The role establishes and monitors KPI to make quality and efficiency in Application Service Management measurable, derives development measures, and is responsible for their implementation • You actively drive the continuous further development of the service organization • As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with SAP and other partners • You ensure that agreed service levels are met and that further developments are steered in a targeted manner What you bring with you • You bring several years of experience in Application Service Management as well as in Vendor or Partner Management in the SAP environment • You understand IT contexts well enough to exchange ideas on an equal footing with technical specialists • Strong communication skills are demonstrated in your dealings with different stakeholders in German and English • In demanding situations, you maintain an overview and act in a structured and solution-oriented manner • You appear confident, can represent interests, and move securely in dealing with contracts and partners • An independent way of working and a calm approach to pressure situations round off your profile  We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
