In order to strengthen our team composed of 7 client advisors and 3 specialists, we are looking for, starting from October 2026 or by arrangement, a motivated person to occupy the position of specialist within the back-office. Workplace: Aarau – German-speaking Switzerland Back-office specialist – Pension and compensation fund (FR/DE) 80-100% Your field of action In close collaboration with our client advisors, you contribute to the management and development of client relations in the field of social insurance – from key accounts to brokers You bring your ideas and assume responsibilities: thanks to your leeway, you can optimize processes and contribute actively to the development of our customer service By telephone, in writing, or in person: you are the internal contact person for our French-speaking key accounts for all questions relating to social insurance You transform figures and complex situations into offers, calculations, comparisons, and presentations, which facilitate decision-making Customer loyalty is close to your heart: this is why you implement targeted measures in order to arouse long-term enthusiasm from clients for GastroSocial As an essential hub, you act as the link between client requests and the various specialized services, and you ensure that suitable solutions are found – in French and, if necessary, also in German Your assets to convince us French is your mother tongue, and you express yourself easily in German (level B2) – proficiency in Italian would be an asset You have a good command of occupational pension and social insurance: you have completed your commercial training with suitable continuing education (. a federal certificate in the field of social insurance) or with additional relevant practical experience Figures, calculations, and MS Office are part of your professional daily life Customer orientation is in your nature: you communicate with professionalism and you know how to convince thanks to your talent for negotiation You work very autonomously, you think transversally, and you find solutions even when others are still looking for the problem A talent for organization, spirit of initiative, and a structured way of working complete your profile Our assets to convince you Look forward to benefiting from modern workstations, flexible working hours, the possibility to work partially from home, afternoons off before statutory public holidays as well as attractive social benefits - and these are just some of the many advantages you will benefit from.
