Job Description
Your missions
Reporting directly to the deputy director of the ISO, you are responsible for creating, developing, then managing the Health-Social Service. Your main missions are as follows:
• Define the global strategy of the health-social system which must allow for a better understanding of the health issues of users and to create/consolidate partnerships between the health and social fields to develop common and adapted responses;
• Proceed with the creation of the service, its structuring and the attachment of the units that will compose it and the services that will be initially delivered, namely:
1. Prevention and support, which has the mission of supporting field teams in managing complex situations, where the assessed level of danger defines the modalities of care.
2. Integration and health-social, which offers expertise in the field of health to collaborators to accompany beneficiaries, develops collaborations with health professionals and provides individual support towards social integration to beneficiaries affected in their health.
3. Health Administration (transfer planned from the Resource Service), which ensures the management and coordination of the health asylum network (RSA), ensures the affiliation of Amig beneficiaries under the LAMal and the proper granting of health costs.
4. LAMal coordination services, supervision of dental costs and follow-up of accident declarations.
• Work in close collaboration with the AMIG and ASOC functions, as well as with external partners in the sector, in order to develop high-performance collaborations promoting adapted support for Hg beneficiaries affected in their health;

• Create and structure the health-social service;
• Define the global strategy of the health-social system and implement it;
• Develop management tools, dashboards and performance indicators in order to measure the effectiveness of the system and support decision making;

• Supervise, motivate and accompany unit managers and their teams;
• Ensure coordination and transversality between units and internal and external partners;

Qualifications
Your profile
• HES Bachelor, university or recognized training, completed by training in management;
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a position with managerial responsibility in a company with a social vocation;
• Experience as an expert or generalist in the health field;
• Knowledge of the health and social integration issues of HG beneficiaries;
• Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary network;
• Solution and results orientation;
• Good understanding of the Geneva legal and regulatory framework as well as the cantonal social assistance system;
• Proactive, possessing analytical and synthesis capacity;
