Your Task ##

• Together with your team, you set priorities, organize daily support operations, and accompany employees in their development
• You use recurring faults and user feedback to sustainably improve technical solutions and workflows
• You define which services the Workplace Support provides and ensure transparent responsibilities and quality standards
• You are responsible for the availability and further development of the workplace devices used and support demanding technical questions
• For cross-location projects, you coordinate requirements with other IT areas and manage the service providers involved
• You drive projects related to digital collaboration, Google Workspace, and AI and participate in on-call duties as well as planned maintenance operations

Your Profile ##

• You have completed an IT education and know the operation of a Service Desk or a Workplace Organisation from several years of practice
• You bring leadership experience and know how to provide orientation, delegate responsibility, and build knowledge within the team
• You have already improved service processes and accompanied or led IT projects
• Google Workspace and the use of AI in the workplace are among your previous points of contact
• You combine technical understanding with a strong service mindset and keep an eye on effort, costs, and quality
• You communicate confidently in German, fluently in English
