With Thommen Gastronomie AG, we have been running various gastronomy businesses in the Aargau/Solothurn region for over 25 years and are active with our catering offer throughout German-speaking Switzerland. We create tailor-made events and give each of our businesses its own face – no concept is like the other. In the Restaurant OX in the Aeschbachhalle Aarau, we welcome our guests for lunch and dinner, for brunch and for a cozy coffee in between. In addition to à la carte service, our kitchen is also responsible for banquets, corporate events, concerts, and a wide variety of events at the Aeschbachhalle. You lead and motivate the kitchen team with passion and competence. You develop creative seasonal menus and varied menus. You plan the purchasing as well as the goods management efficiently and cost-consciously. You work closely with the restaurant management as well as the event team. You ensure the constantly high quality of our dishes and menus. You work actively in the team and guarantee compliance with the hygiene concept (HACCP). You manage banquets, corporate events, concerts, and diverse events professionally and confidently. You take responsibility in the lunch and evening service.
