The role aims for optimal customer satisfaction, in strict compliance with safety rules and an efficient use of resources. Main responsibilities ## • Actively participate in the replacement, adaptation and repair of mechanical and electronic components of elevator installations • Ensure the technical supervision of the modernization (MOD/BEX) installer team • Plan, organize and monitor interventions on the various construction sites • Carry out technical surveys for MOD and BEX projects and contribute to their planning • Manage material orders and ensure their control upon receipt on site • Supervise and participate in the commissioning of modernized installations • Train and support technicians on electronic directives and safety standards • Provide operational support to the MOD supervisor in the preparation of construction sites • Ensure the handover of modernized or replaced installations to customers, guaranteeing their compliance and satisfaction Profile sought ## Training & experience • CFC electrician, electromechanical technician, automation technician or equivalent training • Proven experience in the elevator field • Experience in management or team supervision is a major asset Skills • Excellent technical knowledge in mechanics and electronics applied to elevators • Mastery of French (indispensable) • Valid driving license in Switzerland (mandatory) • Residence in the work region required Personal qualities • Strong customer orientation and sense of service • Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team • Proactivity and spirit of initiative • Sense of organization, analytical capacity and priority management • Reliability and results orientation • Flexibility and good physical resistance What we offer ## • Structured support from integration with an experienced colleague • Real opportunities for professional development and continuous training • A strong and recognized corporate culture "Les Absolus Otis" • Attractive remuneration adapted to the market, including: 13- salary Participation in health and pension contributions Works council benefits • Company vehicle usable for private purposes • Meal allowance • 5 weeks of vacation • Christmas bridge (up to 5 days depending on the role)
