Job Description ## At the heart of l-Ordre judiciaire vaudois (OJV), you will ensure a leading strategic and managerial role as the director of human resources of an entity of more than 1-800 employees and magistrates working within 33 judicial authorities and offices. You develop and implement the HR strategy of l-OJV in alignment with the needs and challenges related to the different missions and in coherence with the HR strategy of l-Administration cantonale vaudoise (ACV), particularly regarding succession and professional evolution. You manage all daily HR activities and collaborate closely with the management of l-OJV and the heads of offices in order to advise and support them in their managerial responsibilities. As a member of the Executive Committee of the General Secretariat, you contribute to the management of the administrative direction of l-OJV and advise the management on the themes within your scope. Finally, you actively participate in cross-functional reflections on the evolution of the HR policy and strategy of l-ACV within the circle of partners of the General Directorate of Human Resources. Responsibilities ## • Lead the HR entity of l-OJV, define its objectives, its organization, its processes and guarantee the quality of services. • Develop the HR strategy of l-OJV in coherence with that of l-ACV. Manage and coordinate its implementation into concrete actions in the different HR areas. • Advise and support the management of l-OJV on HR issues and files. Contribute to the conduct of the General Secretariat of l-OJV within the scope of its responsibilities as a member of its Executive Committee. • Ensure the operational management of l-OJV's HR processes, define its priorities and its objectives. Be the guarantor of the quality of HR services. Ensure compliance with budgetary directives, particularly in workforce management. • Actively contribute to the cross-functional HR networks of l-ACV and participate in coordination bodies. Qualifications ## • University degree in human sciences or an equivalent title • Additional training in HR (CAS, MAS, Federal Diploma) • Solid experience in an HR manager role of a large-scale organization, ideally multi-site; perfect knowledge of HR issues and best practices; experience in deploying high-impact HR projects • Experience in a management member role • Knowledge of or a strong interest in public service and the professions of l-OJV • Ability to navigate between a strategic vision and operational practice • Proven managerial skills and interpersonal ease; ability to adapt to different audiences and to serve the managers • Rigor and sense of responsibility; public service ethics WHO ARE WE? ## Alongside the legislative and executive powers, l-Ordre judiciaire vaudois (OJV) ensures the role of the third cantonal power.
