Missions As an Administrative / Management Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities: Manage internal and external communications, including phone calls and e-mails. Ensure the management and updating of administrative documents. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing minutes. Support the team in managing files and archives. Perform data entry tasks and ensure their accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes. Prepare reports and presentations as needed. Provide general administrative support for the secretariat department. Candidate Profile As an Administrative / Management Assistant, you have the following profile: Degree in an administrative field or equivalent. Mandatory experience in the construction sector. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, English is an asset. Mastery of computer tools and common office software. Sense of organization and attention to detail.
