From the harmonization of the building management system to HVAC expansion projects to energy monitoring and operational optimization, a wide and exciting field of tasks awaits you. Project Manager Facility Management (w/m/d) Your tasks Building technology & plant operation You plan, coordinate and monitor expansions of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical systems at our locations With optimizations in daily business, you support the operational FM team with your expertise and take on extensive projects You manage larger maintenance, inspection and operational optimizations independently from planning to acceptance Projects As a central interface between Facility Management, construction projects and internal stakeholders, you ensure that all parties are well coordinated and informed You develop technical standards and implement requirements for building technology systems In conversion, renovation and new construction projects, you bring in the technical perspective – from planning to the acceptance of the trades Within Facility Management, you also take on project tasks from other areas Energy & sustainability You have the responsibility for the monthly energy monitoring as well as the systematic collection and preparation of data for the annual monitoring The implementation of defined sustainability measures is actively driven by you You continuously monitor the energy consumption of our buildings, recognize reduction potentials and initiate targeted measures Your skills You have a completed degree in the field of Facility Management, Technical Building Management, Industrial Engineering or comparable – or a technical education with further training as a technician HF / (Industry, Electrical, HVAC) You bring experience in a similar role in Technical Facility Management, e.g. as a Project Manager, Technical Manager or Facility Manager – ideally in an industrial environment You are familiar with CAFM and building management systems (e.g. Campos, Saturn, Siemens) A structured, independent way of working and a high technical affinity characterize you You possess a category B driver's license Build trust through consistent and reliable actions Use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Why start with us?
