Your main tasks include: Independent processing of the entire order process from the creation of the offer to timely delivery Receipt, recording, and monitoring of customer orders Support and advice for existing customers as well as maintenance of sustainable customer relationships Close cooperation with internal stakeholders from Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other specialist departments Participation in smaller projects and active support in process optimizations Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented communication Occasional participation in trade fairs, customer events, and other events Desired Profile For this position, we are looking for a customer-oriented and organized personality with a proactive way of working.
