Cook (Sole Cook)

Your task You run the kitchen independently and responsibly. You cook for hotel guests, day guests, and smaller groups. Your kitchen is conceived as clear, down-to-earth, and absolutely economical. You work with simple, honest products, plan cleanly, and deal consciously with goods. You implement the culinary concept of the house and continue to develop it within the framework of the specifications together with the operators. The cooperation is close, direct, and at eye level. Decisions are carried together and implemented pragmatically. Whether for a few guests or a well-filled dining room – you maintain calm, quality, and order. What you bring You are a trained Cook EFZ and / or possess sound practical experience, ideally also as a sole cook. You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented. Economic thinking is a matter of course for you. You can make something good out of what is available and appreciate clear processes instead of improvisation stress. A high sense of responsibility regarding hygiene, cleanliness, and organization is mandatory. Experience in mountain or rural gastronomy is an advantage, but not a must.
