A layout that adapts to you. 25 times in Switzerland or on livique.ch Purchasing Manager for sleeping, youth and carpets # Tasks • You manage the product ranges for sleeping, youth and carpets, from procurement to the final offer (in-store for points of sale as well as online) • You proactively support the Product Manager in all administrative tasks and work autonomously on various missions. • Telephone and written contact with suppliers (Europe and Far East), partners as well as points of sale in German, French and English is part of your daily routine. • You are responsible for managing article data via SAP as well as the processing of attributes in the online shop. • The entry and management of promotions in different tools as well as the coordination of advertising materials are also part of your tasks. • You coordinate and control administrative processes such as the verification of invoices, quantities, delivery dates as well as validations for the final printing. Requirements • A completed basic commercial training as well as ideal professional experience in purchasing, Product Management or in a comparable administrative function are required. • You possess good knowledge of MS Office (notably Excel) as well as experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. • You distinguish yourself by an autonomous and committed personality with a structured and reliable way of working. • Your skills in spoken and written German as well as in English are very good; knowledge of French is an asset. • You are committed, service-oriented, capable of working in a team and enjoy collaboration in a dynamic environment.
