Job description ##

• Ensure the daily management of the kitchen and the collective catering restaurant
• Organize and supervise meal production
• Develop varied, balanced menus adapted to collective catering
• Guarantee the quality and consistency of culinary services
• Actively participate in the preparation and sending of meals
• Organize work and coordinate the kitchen team
• Manage orders, stocks, and goods
• Ensure optimal use of raw materials and limit waste
• Control the receipt and storage of goods
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene standards, food safety, and HACCP procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness and good organization of premises and equipment
• Participate in the general smooth operation of the establishment
• Be the operational interlocutor for various questions related to the kitchen and the service

• Professional training in the field of cooking
• Proven experience as a chef de cuisine, managing chef, or in a similar function
• Experience in collective catering is a real asset
• Good skills in organization and kitchen management
