Consulting & Sales Wind Instruments:

• Active consulting of our clientele regarding wind instruments and accessories – from beginners to professional musicians
• Determining customer needs and jointly finding the suitable instrument (purchase, rental, or rent-to-buy)
• Creating offers, processing sales, and ensuring professional sales documentation
• Looking after regular customers and building new customer relationships

Customer Support & Service

• Receiving service and repair orders for wind instruments
• Close cooperation with the workshop and appointment coordination for repairs, regulations, and services
• Telephone and written answering of customer inquiries
• Ensuring courteous, solution-oriented customer service – on-site, by telephone, and email

Inventory Management & Presentation

• Assistance with inventory management (goods receipt, labeling, warehouse management) for wind instruments
• Care and presentation of the wind instrument department so that it always appears inviting, well-maintained, and up-to-date
• Participation in ordering and assortment maintenance in cooperation with purchasing

Teamwork & Organization

• Close cooperation with a dedicated sales team
• Participation in internal training and product training
• Support during promotions, events, and activities in the music house

Your tools:

• Completed sales training (retail) or proven experience in a comparable sales function
• Active playing of a wind instrument as well as instrument knowledge in the world of wind music - Mandatory
• Enjoyment of active sales and personal consulting of our clientele
• High service orientation and a winning, well-groomed appearance
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
• Reliable, independent way of working even under high workload
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate
