Clerk / Paralegal Easement Management

We are looking for an engaged and competent Clerk / Paralegal Easement Management starting immediately or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility
As a specialist, you are part of our Legal Operations team and secure the necessary easements contractually and in the land register for our energy networks (district heating and gas), sites, mobility locations and other products - in close cooperation with Legal, project management, notary offices, sales and landowners. * Active maintenance of the easement portfolio, in particular the recording and management of data in the document management system and in other specialist applications * Preparation and negotiation of easement contracts in cooperation with project managers, notary, sales, Legal and counterparties, including appointment coordination and signing on site * Ensuring the land register entry of easements as well as coordination of deletions with notary offices * Processing of inquiries, complaints and objections from landowners and authorities (e.g. regarding construction progress, change of ownership, compensation) * Coordination and triggering of compensation payments for right-of-way easements * Participation in the digitalization and optimization of processes in easement management * General collaboration in the field of Legal Operations as well as taking on deputy functions

Your profile

• Commercial or legal basic training, ideally with further training in real estate/land registry law or CAS Paralegal * Professional experience in easement, land registry or real estate management * Independent, flexible and structured way of working as well as confident appearance in contact with landowners * Very good German skills. Good French and English skills are an advantage; ideally driving license category B
