HR Department Manager m/f/d (80–100%)HR Department Manager m/f/d (80–100%) Your tasks You independently manage the entire HR administration for a defined area with around 140 employees. You are responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z – from the creation and publication of job advertisements through interviews to the guidance of candidates until employment. You independently carry out the monthly payroll run – including mutations and follow-up processes, especially in the area of withholding tax. You competently advise and support managers as well as employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle. If required, you visit other locations and flexibly take over deputy roles within the HR team. You actively participate in HR projects and help drive the optimization and digitalization of our HR processes. You ensure that legal requirements, internal guidelines, and HR processes in personnel-relevant topics are complied with. Your profile You have a basic commercial education and completed further training in Human Resources. You bring several years of experience in a comparable HR Generalist or HR Business Partner function. You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment. You are very familiar with Abacus and have sound knowledge of labor and social security law. You convince through service orientation, empathy, communication strength, and entrepreneurial thinking. You formulate with stylistic confidence in German; French skills are a plus.
