• Support and deputy for the Head of HR in strategic, conceptual, and operational topics
• Planning and implementation of HR projects with a focus on digitalization, process optimization, organizational development, and change management
• Active collaboration in the operational HR day-to-day business as well as taking over tasks during peak workloads and absences
• Support for HR Business Partners with demanding personnel, labor law, and organizational issues
• Advising and accompanying managers in personnel- and organization-relevant topics
• Development of decision-making bases as well as coordination of internal and external project participants

What you bring with you

• Sound education or further training in Human Resources, business administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in a generalist function
• Sound knowledge of operational HR work, Swiss labor law, and advising managers
• Experience in leading digitalization, organizational development, or change projects
• Good understanding of business administration and the ability to translate strategic questions into practical solutions
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form
• Strong conceptual, project management, and implementation skills
• Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working as well as willingness to take on responsibility
