Job Description ##

As an HR assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure telephone reception and respond to requests from internal and external interlocutors.
• Collect, process, and follow up on messages received in the department's generic mailbox.
• Register temporary employee files in the VRH system.
• Enter and update temporary assignments in VRH.
• Sort and prepare contracts transmitted by placement agencies for validation and signature.
• Manage temporary personnel requests via the e-Process tool.
• Ensure coordination between healthcare services and placement agencies for personnel needs.
• Guarantee precise administrative follow-up and compliance with current procedures.

The Successful Applicant ##

As an HR assistant, you have the following profile:

• Holder of an HR manager certificate.
• First successful experience in a Human Resources environment.
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as collaborative tools.
• Very good writing skills and excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and discretion.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
