HR Specialist

Job Description ## As an HR specialist, you will hold a central and versatile position within the Direction générale du numérique et des systèmes d'information, a service of the Etat de Vaud of nearly 500 people. In a stimulating and dynamic environment in the field of IT where team spirit, collaboration, and mutual aid are strong values, you will ensure support to the HR team by coordinating HR administration activities while contributing to recruitment activities, ranging from HR advice and the support of employees and managers, to project management. Responsibilities ## • Coordination of HR administration activities by supporting and advising HR officers • Management of recruitment and integration processes • Advice and support to employees and managers on all HR themes: career management, professional development, absence management, health-related difficulties, interpersonal tensions, etc. • Active contribution to the service's strategy regarding HR marketing • Support to the HR manager in managing specific files and contributing to HR projects, particularly within the framework of the occupational health and safety (SST) strategy by conducting prevention actions within the service Complete files are to be addressed in a single PDF file (CV, cover letter, copy of work certificates, copy of diplomas). Qualifications ## Profile sought: • Proven professional experience in a versatile HR specialist position within a large Swiss structure, ideally in the public or parapublic sector • Experience in coordination or supervision of activities (with interns, apprentices or a small team) and/or in project coordination • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, if possible of the specific legal framework of the Administration cantonale vaudoise • Recruitment practice: recruitment of IT profiles or knowledge of IT professions remains a plus • Master's in HR management/work psychology or Federal Diploma of HR specialist or training deemed equivalent • HR manager certificate required Required skills: • Ability to unite and support a team with a strong spirit of mutual aid and demonstrating leadership • Proactivity, priority management, being a source of proposals • Ability to manage a volume of very varied tasks • Self-control and stress management Particular constraints: • Residence in Switzerland required • Planning of leave days taking into account the requirements of the payroll processing calendar WHO ARE WE? ## The Direction générale du numérique et des systèmes d'information (DGNSI) coordinates the implementation of the Cantonal digital strategy and accompanies the digital transformation of the State.
