Exciting tasks await:

• Independent processing of inquiries and business at the pulse of the agricultural land market in Aargau
• Implementation of agricultural land law and agricultural lease law - both administratively and technically - with a high proportion of consulting for farmers and other stakeholders
• Support for the department head: preparation of decision-making bases, organization of meetings and representation of the head
• Maintenance and expansion of versatile customer contact: telephone, written and personal consultation, building long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Participation in internal projects to optimize processes, documentation standards and IT-supported workflows

What you bring:

• University of applied sciences or university degree in agronomy or comparable training. Experience in the specialist areas of agricultural land law, fiduciary affairs and legal theory are an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a hub function with a broad network of contact persons (e.g. authorities, companies, associations)
• Open and collegial personality with a reliable, customer-oriented way of working
• Proactive and strong implementation-oriented action as well as a stylistically confident written and oral way of expression in German
• Affinity for IT tools and advanced MS Office skills
