Project Manager IT – Infrastructure & Cloud
==============================================

Who are we?

INGINIA is a Swiss integrator specializing in IT infrastructure, Cloud, and cybersecurity.

We support our clients in the transformation, modernization, and operation of their information systems, through five areas of expertise:

  • Managed Services
  • Data Center & Infrastructure
  • Cloud
  • Cybersecurity
  • Consulting & Audits

A human-sized company, we prioritize technical expertise, proximity to our clients, and the quality of the services delivered.

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Project Manager IT to lead our infrastructure projects and support our clients in their technological transformations.

Your mission

As a Project Manager IT, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of projects entrusted to INGINIA.

You will work on various projects: deployment of Datacenter infrastructures, modernization of IT environments, Cloud migrations, virtualization, networks, and cybersecurity.

A true conductor, you ensure coordination between our clients, our engineering teams, our technological partners, and our management.

Your objective: deliver quality projects, within the agreed deadlines and budgets, while guaranteeing client satisfaction and the profitability of services.

Your responsibilities

Project Management and Steering

  • Take charge of projects from their launch until their closure.
  • Define scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and dashboards.
  • Identify risks, anticipate difficulties, and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure regular monitoring of progress and compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear vision of priorities.
  • Organize the acceptance, validation, and project closure phases.

Coordination of resources and technical teams

  • Coordinate the interventions of engineers and external partners.
  • Define resource needs in collaboration with the Operational Management.
  • Organize and monitor the technical activities necessary for the realization of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the CTO on architectural choices and technical validations.
  • Guarantee a structured transfer of delivered environments to the Managed Services teams (Build to Run).

Client relations and communication

  • Be the primary contact for the client during all phases of the project.
  • Organize and lead launch, coordination, and follow-up meetings.
  • Write minutes, reports, and progress reports.
  • Communicate transparently and proactively regarding deadlines, risks, and potential difficulties.
  • Manage client expectations and control evolutions of the contractual scope.
  • Maintain a relationship of trust with technical and decision-making interlocutors.

Financial monitoring and profitability

  • Ensure monitoring of budgets, costs, and margins for each project.
  • Control hours consumed and compare them to initial estimates.
  • Quickly identify budget variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage scope change requests and their financial impacts.
  • Collaborate with administration for the monitoring of billing and contractual milestones.
  • Produce regular financial reporting for management.

Quality and continuous improvement

  • Guarantee the quality and completeness of project documentation.
  • Participate in the improvement of project management methods and tools.
  • Organize feedback sessions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the standardization of practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Apply INGINIA's governance principles and internal processes.

Your profile

You have higher education in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally acquired at an integrator, an IT services company, or a Managed Services Provider (MSP).

You have already managed infrastructure projects involving multiple technical teams, production constraints, and contractual commitments.

You understand the technical, financial, and organizational challenges of IT projects.

You are capable of managing a project autonomously, making decisions, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
