Work location: Winterthur Workload: 80-100% Tasks: You are the first line of defense when IT problems are burning: reception, processing and resolution of malfunctions in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally with a tendency towards 3rd level support You bring order to chaos - whether it is installing and maintaining IT workstations, rollouts of applications or troubleshooting on site With your commitment you help our customers to master their daily business without worries Profile: You are smart, reliable and exactly the person who moves things forward You ensure that IT workstations, printers and networks function smoothly. You have Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory under control You get interfaces and systems running and find creative solutions for complex challenges Your plus: Teams telephony, PowerShell or software packaging. Bring it on! You have an apprenticeship as Informatiker/in EFZ or comparable Technical autodidacts who have what it takes and are convincing are also welcome Fluent German, solid English, driver's license
