Location DG & Centre de Services / SION Sector Management Occupancy rate 40% - 60% Application deadline Requirements Your mission: To offer patients and their relatives a space for listening, information, and support throughout their care pathway; favor dialogue and the search for solutions in collaboration with the medico-nursing teams and the services concerned; ensure the follow-up of entrusted situations, from their processing to their closure, while respecting confidentiality; develop and maintain constructive collaborations with various internal and external partners; analyze feedback from patients and their relatives in order to identify areas for improvement in care; contribute to the continuous improvement of the patient experience through recommendations, indicators, and regular reporting. Your profile: Tertiary level education (university or HES) in the field of health, human sciences, or a title deemed equivalent; additional training in mediation, conflict management, or supporting people; confirmed experience in the hospital field or in a complex environment; excellent interpersonal, listening, and welcoming skills, combined with strong empathy; ease in managing sensitive situations, with diplomacy, discernment, and the ability to create constructive dialogue; ability to work autonomously, with a keen sense of responsibility and confidentiality; analytical and synthetic spirit with good writing skills; traffic very good knowledge of the French and German languages.
