Your tasks ##

• Hotline and First Level Support for all IT inquiries from users at the headquarters as well as in the branches and logistics centers
• Support, care, and maintenance of telephone, PC/laptop, and printer systems
• Processing of tickets and user inquiries via our ticketing system
• Support of standard applications and specialist applications
• User maintenance and granting of rights in our systems
• Execution of workplace moves and commissioning of new workplaces
• Processing of user inquiries at the service point
• Administrative activities such as hardware orders and invoice verification
• Maintenance of the knowledge and error database
• Readiness for on-call service

Your profile ##

• Completed IT training
• Knowledge of current operating systems and standard software
• Professional and goal-oriented way of working as well as openness to new topics
• High customer and team orientation
• Communicative skills as well as courteous and friendly manners
• Very good German skills, knowledge of another national language or English is an advantage
