Tasks • Together in a job-sharing tandem, you are responsible for the management and strategic further development of the CRM for Livique and Lumimart. • You plan and implement targeted off- and online CRM campaigns with a strong focus on achieving the defined KPIs. • You take over precise operative campaign management -- from target group selection to data-based controlling. • You consistently automate and optimize customer contact paths along the entire omnichannel customer journey. Requirements • You have sound basic or advanced training in marketing/e-commerce and bring several years of operative professional experience in CRM (ideally in retail). • You are confident in using modern marketing automation tools and possess deep experience in data-based target group segmentation. • You are characterized by an analytical way of thinking and consistently measure the success of your measures against clear KPIs. • You are a communicative, absolutely reliable personality and value close, transparent cooperation as well as structured handovers in the job-sharing tandem. • You convince through high personal responsibility, always act proactively and implement your tasks in a solution-oriented manner.
