For the sale of innovative solutions for all applications from vehicle wraps, energy-saving films on buildings, surface finishes in architecture, to POS or jersey advertising, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor.

What awaits you:

• You accept customer orders via telephone, e-mail or web chat
• Order processing from the customer inquiry to completion is your responsibility
• You advise customers via telephone with innovative solutions
• You create offers, order confirmations, delivery notes and price calculations
• You support our field service in administrative activities

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training with technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further training
• Ideally at least two years of experience in customer service
• Good knowledge of common IT applications (MS-Office, SAP)
• Very good German, as well as good French skills, Italian an advantage
• Customer-oriented way of working and good mathematical understanding
