What awaits you

• You act as an administrative link between our customers, the brokers, and various internal stakeholders
• You advise our demanding brokers via telephone and email, hand in hand with our Broker Consultants, on topics regarding private pension provision
• You question processes critically and regularly contribute improvement suggestions for the benefit of efficiency. A hands-on mentality is elementary for us
• You support the team with further administrative tasks

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial basic education or already have experience in the insurance sector
• Ideally, you have know-how in the area of Pillar 3a/3b
• You are a service-oriented and resilient personality
• You keep a cool head even in hectic times
• You enjoy telephone and written contact with people and enjoy advising them
• You have excellent German skills in speaking and writing
• You feel confident conducting telephone conversations in Italian
• You have good MS Office user knowledge
