Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)

• Active customer care: You provide sustainable support to our customers, secure competitive advantages and increase sales through targeted cross- and upselling.
• Quotation & CRM management: You create, manage and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments.
• Customer development: You identify relevant contact persons and implement need-oriented development plans.
• Service quality: You process customer inquiries via all channels (telephone, email, chat and online shop) and ensure high availability.
• Sales analysis: You analyze key figures and derive measures for continuous performance improvement.
• Professional practice & talent: You have completed vocational training and bring experience in dealing with customers. You convince through your high service orientation and your sales talent.
• Languages: You speak Swiss German fluently. Further language skills are an advantage.
• Customer focus: You bring a lot of empathy, understand the needs of your customers and combine this with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Working style: You work in a structured, reliable manner and organize your tasks independently and efficiently.
• Mindset: You are open to new technologies, actively deal with digitalization and continuously develop yourself and your working methods.
• Working hours & flexibility: 40-hour week with flexible working hours, 25 vacation days as well as home office possibilities of up to two days per week.
• Mobility & location: Free Zuger Pass Plus for public transport or a free parking space directly on site. Diverse shopping opportunities are located in the immediate vicinity.
