Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for the following for our "Manufacturing" department:

MANUFACTURING LINE MANAGER (M/F)

Mission:

• Drive the operational performance of the production line in terms of safety, quality, costs, and deadlines, by leading the team, with priority on customer satisfaction
• Coordinate activities, support employees, and actively contribute to continuous improvement and the development of the sector

Your responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and develop the employees of your team, set objectives, and evaluate performance
• Organize resources, manage staff planning, and ensure regular communication within the team
• Plan, organize, and supervise production activities, adapting priorities according to customer needs and contingencies, and drive production orders with scheduling
• Guarantee the application of Quality and Safety requirements, drive corrective actions, participate in audits, and implement continuous improvement actions according to Lean Manufacturing principles
• Collaborate with the Industrialization and support teams to improve technical performance and line reliability
• Participate in the preparation of your sector's budget and anticipate future needs in resources, skills, and equipment

Your profile:

• CFC in polymechanic, micromecanic or technical training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the field of machining, with successful experience in managing a team in an industrial environment
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong taste for continuous improvement
• Natural leadership and ability to unite a team around common goals
• Interpersonal skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
• Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and analytical capacity
