Association Vaudoise d'Aide et de Soins à Domicile (AVASAD)

Join the Customer and Partner Relations unit of the Service des Systèmes d’Information et des Télécommunications (SSIT) of AVASAD!

Support Officer 100%

With more than 5'000 employees distributed across 50 Centres Médico-Sociaux (CMS), AVASAD is a key player in home care in the canton of Vaud. We offer an essential service to the population by supporting dependent people or those with disabilities, while promoting innovative prevention and health promotion programs.

In order to support the teams, we are looking for a support officer.

What you will do:

As a Support Officer, you will play an essential role in guaranteeing effective support for users:

  • Receive, enter, and qualify user incidents and requests; resolve simple breakdowns (level 1) and transmit complex cases to level 2 or business support.
  • Provide 2nd level support on personal production tools, ensure compliance with SLAs, and monitor user satisfaction at the end of each intervention.
  • Manage user accounts and security groups in Active Directory and business applications.
  • Handle application and security incidents: analysis, containment if necessary, escalation to level 2 and the RSSI, follow-up until resolution.
  • Accompany users in the handling of tools and change management; create and maintain support documents.
  • Maintain the knowledge base, analyze incident trends, and contribute to preventive actions, in compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Support the unit manager in her activities (operational coordinator)
  • Application manager for the ISTM tool (Easyvista)

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in IT support with a CFC as an IT specialist.
  • Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and ITIL frameworks; mastery of EasyVista or OXYGEN is an asset.
  • Service orientation, rigor in incident follow-up, and the ability to popularize technical concepts for a non-specialized audience.
  • Autonomy, reactivity, and good priority management in a multi-request environment.
  • Sensitivity to information security issues and very good command of written and spoken French.

What we offer:

  • Flexibility: Teleworking and adaptable hours for a better work-life balance.
  • Inclusive corporate culture: An environment where diversity is valued and every voice is heard.
  • Professional development: Continuous training opportunities to develop your skills and employability.
  • Well-being at work: Support programs and activities promoting mental and physical well-being.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO A SOCIAL PROJECT, AN EXPERIENCE THAT MAKES SENSE!

Are you enthusiastic about the main challenges of the Vaud sanitary world and home care, do you wish to take on a motivating and meaningful challenge, and are you looking to make your skills available to a social project at the heart of current affairs? Then you are the person we wish to meet!

We look forward to receiving your complete file (cover letter, CV, work certificates, and diplomas) via Jobup.
