Your area of responsibility
Development and implementation of the group-wide HR strategy
Harmonization, standardization, and continuous optimization of HR processes and HR guidelines
Further development of modern HR instruments along the entire Employee Life Cycle
Establishment and implementation of group-wide standards in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits etc.
Sparring partner for the executive management as well as the managers in all strategic HR topics
Responsibility for organizational development as well as accompaniment of change and transformation processes
Promotion of a modern corporate culture as well as strengthening employer attractiveness
Analysis of relevant HR key figures as well as derivation of suitable measures for continuous improvement
Your profile
Higher education in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable specialization (FH, University, or equivalent)
Several years of leadership and management experience in an international HR function, ideally in an industrial environment
Profound experience in organizational development, change management, as well as in the establishment and further development of group-wide HR structures
Proven project management competence as well as experience in the digitalization and optimization of HR processes
Confident appearance, high advisory as well as strong communication and social competence
Integrity-driven, entrepreneurially minded leadership personality
Business fluent German and English skills; further foreign languages are welcome
