Your tasks Strategy & Portfolio Strategic and financial management of the yield and development portfolio Development, implementation, and continuous further development of property and portfolio strategies in close coordination with site and project development to sustainably optimize performance Identifying market, opportunity, and risk trends in the real estate market and deriving appropriate measures Creative and solution-oriented input for property purchases and sales Leadership & Organization Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as further development of the entire asset management team throughout Switzerland Leadership and coordination of internal and external managers, property management organizations, and other service providers Close cooperation with property management, marketing, realization, project development, sustainability, transactions, finance, and legal Finance, Controlling & Reporting Budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning, and controlling of property income, vacancies, operating, as well as maintenance and repair costs Definition, monitoring, and further development of relevant portfolio key figures Setup and maintenance of management cockpits and reporting tools for the executive board Preparation of data bases as well as controlling of the valuation results of external real estate appraisers Investments & Governance Elaboration, examination, and presentation of investment requests as a basis for decision-making for the respective investment committees Examination and approval of credit applications as well as approval of accounts payable in accordance with the competence regulations Representation of owner and portfolio interests towards authorities, neighbors, tenants, co-owners, and other stakeholders Leasing & Tenant Relations Definition, management, and monitoring of vacancy management Active and strategic tenant relationship management, including negotiations with key and anchor tenants as well as potential new tenants Sustainability Responsibility for the implementation of sustainability and ESG topics at the property level Ensuring the achievement of the defined CO2 reduction path at the portfolio level Your profile Degree in business administration or engineering sciences (FH/Uni) or training in real estate (e.g., federal diploma real estate fiduciary) with further training in the real estate sector (e.g., MAS Real Estate, CUREM or equivalent) Several years (at least 5 years) of sound professional experience in real estate asset management, mandatory in a leadership position Proven leadership experience of at least 5 employees Very good knowledge in real estate valuation, investment calculations, and portfolio management High technical understanding of construction and development technical issues Entrepreneurial-minded, enthusiastic, communicative personality with negotiation skills Affinity for IT projects and digitalization processes Very good German and English skills are mandatory, good French skills necessary Willingness to travel throughout German- and French-speaking Switzerland Our offer Interesting & varied area of responsibility Motivated, well-coordinated, and helpful team Organization with a flat hierarchical structure and short decision-making paths Independent work and freedom Exciting and sustainably acting environment Space for personal and professional development Attractive further training opportunities Your workplace Zürich Travel activity in German- and French-speaking Switzerland We look forward to your application. jpid33366bejm jit0832jm jiy26jm
