• Analyze, optimize and define methods and standards in the field of test and change management
• Coordinate the further development of IT changes related to human resources between business analysis and development
• Support the preparation of decision-making bases for the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Support the HR project manager in agile project management

What distinguishes you

• Degree or higher professional training in business informatics or business administration
• Analytical, conceptual, interconnected and autonomous thinking and action skills
• Experience in IT system management, requirements engineering and IT projects is a preferential qualification
• Consulting skills combined with a pragmatic and practice-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of a second official language is an advantage

The Army Staff (SM Es) provides support to the Chief of the Army in the conduct of the Defense Group and is responsible for the global military planning of the army and its related development. Based on political directives, it develops the strategic bases, the development of the armed forces as well as the planning of the armed forces and equipment and assumes tasks in the context of international security. The conduct, management and coordination of all cross-sectional sectors (Personnel, Finance, Real Estate) also fall within its sphere of competence.
