As an Occupational Pension Scheme (LPP) Administrator, you are the contact person for our clients and external partners. You advise and support them in all matters relating to occupational pension schemes. What you do

• Carefully, professionally, and autonomously manage an assigned client portfolio, and ensure coordination with other relevant departments.
• Ensure the implementation of new affiliations, contract takeovers, and changes to pension plans, as well as the execution of portfolio changes (entries, exits, salary changes).
• Maintain trusting relationships on a daily basis with insured persons, companies, and business partners.
• Work in close collaboration with the sales and distribution teams.

What you bring

• Training in the insurance or financial services sector. A social insurance certificate or the federal certificate of specialist in pension schemes for personnel is an asset.
• At least two years of experience in the field of occupational pension schemes as well as in supporting companies and partners.
• Strong customer orientation, with an autonomous, structured, and rigorous working method.
• Good command of common IT tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
