We are looking for a 100% warehouse manager for our Niederhasli site, starting immediately or by agreement. Job Description • Technical and disciplinary management of the warehouse & expedition as well as intralogistics (team including temporary workers of approximately 7 to 10 employees) • Ensure mutual representation within and between the two teams • Scheduling and personnel management of the warehouse & expedition and intralogistics employees Warehouse & expedition • Loading and inspection of goods • Handing over delivery notes • Planning of linear meters • Management of parcel shipments and miscellaneous goods • Ensure the exit of goods ready to be shipped on the same day Intralogistics • Management and control of incoming goods • Order preparation • Warehouse optimization • Management of the internal flow of material (scaffolding stock, FS stock, incoming goods stock) • Ensure the entry and availability of goods ready on the same day Cross-functional management tasks • Capacity planning and resource management to guarantee the timely availability of materials • Quality assurance and compliance with safety and environmental standards according to Doka directives • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures according to Lean principles and with the support of digital tools • Collaboration with other departments such as sales, project technology, and purchasing to optimize the supply chain • Responsibility for warehouse indicators, costs, efficiency, and material turnover • Implementation and use of the ERP system (warehouse management, material tracking) • Organization and support for stock management and inventory Qualifications • Completed training in the warehouse/logistics field (e.g., logistician CFC or equivalent), ideally with additional training (HF/FH) or comparable training (construction company / municipal workshop) • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the construction or industrial supply sector • Several years of management experience with high intercultural and social competence • Familiarity with ERP systems and digital warehouse processes • Very good knowledge of warehouse logistics and occupational safety • Very good understanding of processes • Stress resistance, assertiveness, as well as a strong practical mentality, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset • Autonomous, independent, and goal-oriented way of working • Openness to new ideas and change processes • Very good IT skills • Very good German skills, both oral and written Additional Information We offer: • Indefinite term employment with full and structured integration • Friendly working atmosphere in an international, open, and friendly team • Demanding, responsible, and varied activity in a dynamic environment with many possibilities for evolution • Progressive employment conditions (modern working time regulations with the possibility of flexible time, free parking as well as charging stations for electric cars, subsidized restaurant for employees, team events, etc.) • Family corporate culture with flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making Doka Switzerland is committed to the professional and personal development of its employees.
