Then now is your chance! ### Tasks • Operative and strategic advice to the assigned managers in all personnel-related matters • Steering the entire recruitment process - from personnel requirements planning to the conclusion of contracts for managers • Willingness to travel (decentralized HR organization) • Accompanying employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary, and separation talks • Co-designing and further developing modern HR processes and taking on cross-departmental projects as well as accompanying new openings • Support in personnel and succession planning as well as in talent management processes • Planning and implementation of training, workshops, and employee events Requirements • Completed further education in the HR field (e.g., HR-Fachausweis or comparable qualification) • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in gastronomy • Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes • High affinity for digital and data, confident handling of HR tools • Strong consulting competence and confident appearance towards managers and employees • Proactive, independent, and flexible personality with high social competence What we offer Your contact person Marion Heinzle, Human Resources
