Service Sector Manager 100% Your tasks You manage and develop our workshop and after-sales service team, both technically and managerially. You advise and accompany our clientele with professionalism, in person, by telephone and by e-mail. You guarantee irreproachable service quality and an excellent customer experience. You coordinate and supervise maintenance, service and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop. You prepare quotes and calculate the costs of repairs in a reliable and transparent manner. You plan and prioritize work orders while always keeping an eye on deadlines, resources and quality. You are responsible for quality management and ensure compliance with our high standards. You analyze existing processes, propose new ideas and actively contribute to their optimization. You take charge of administrative tasks related to workshop activity. You collaborate closely with other teams in order to offer a first-class customer experience. Your profile You have a technical education, ideally in the field of motorcycles, or equivalent professional experience. You have perfect command of French and possess good knowledge of German, both spoken and written. Any other language is an asset. You work independently, in a structured manner and you enjoy responsibilities. You stand out by your sense of service, your professionalism and your customer orientation. You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools and, ideally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and BME software. You are a committed, flexible and stress-resistant person who enjoys teamwork. You keep your cool and know how to define the right priorities, even when the pace accelerates. You demonstrate confidence, make decisions with conviction and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You work methodically and goal-oriented, even in demanding situations. You possess an excellent sense of organization and planning and know how to manage priorities effectively.
