Your mission Coach participants during the InnoPark program to strengthen their employability and accelerate their sustainable return to the labor market Facilitate access to the hidden job market Your main responsibilities Individual coaching - personalized support, CV optimization, LinkedIn, and professional presentation Group facilitation - conducting in-person and remote workshops and moderating peer coaching Repositioning strategy - profile analysis and market targeting Willingness to take responsibility.
