What you bring with you: 📚 VBV certification mandatory 🗣️ Very good German skills as well as very good Italian or French skills mandatory. Any further language is a plus. 🎓 Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. 📞 Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and ideally initial experience in customer service or in health insurance. 💙 A strong customer orientation and joy in helping people. 🖥️ Good IT skills and routine in working with several programs simultaneously. 🌪️ You remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented even in hectic situations.
