Your tasks with the new employer: • In this function, you are responsible for around 500 employees and advise and accompany them along the entire Employee Lifecycle • Personnel administration is also partially part of your area of responsibility. You take over individual administrative tasks yourself, but are supported by the employees of the HR administration for more comprehensive administrative tasks • In this function, you do not have direct leadership responsibility.
