Our partner company, a recognized player in the financial services sector, is looking for a committed personality as Payroll & Compensation Specialist (m/f/d), 80-100 % ## In this role, you will be required to ### • Ensure monthly payroll management as well as the monitoring of social insurances (AVS), personal insurances, accidents, and illness. • Participate in the development and evolution of the compensation policy, as well as the definition and revision of salary grids in collaboration with the relevant departments. • Coordinate the annual salary increase campaign and participate in compensation surveys. • Prepare HR data for pay equality analyses and contribute to budgetary processes as well as various analyses and reporting. • Support payroll system testing, update job descriptions, and participate actively in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
