For our store, we are looking for a convincing and customer-oriented personality who is enthusiastic with a passion for excellent service and sales success. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE ----------- • You carry out the daily retail operations in compliance with the defined guidelines and processes. • You take over administrative tasks as well as online reporting and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring smooth business operations and optimal product availability. • You achieve the defined KPI targets with a focus on sales success, customer satisfaction, personal development, and continuous learning. • You represent the brand professionally at all times and embody the values and corporate culture. • You create a unique customer experience by ensuring the highest standards in premium customer service, receiving customers, analyzing their needs, and advising them competently. • You recognize the individual needs of your customers and offer them personal and tailored advice. • You perform product presentations and accompany customers throughout the entire purchasing process and beyond. • You contribute actively to a performance-oriented team culture, achieve your individual goals, and strengthen long-term customer loyalty through excellent service. • You ensure an attractive and safe shopping environment and consistently adhere to the standards in the areas of Visual Merchandising, Store Appearance, as well as Health & Safety. • You guarantee first-class after-sales service through product diagnostics, returns, replacements, repairs, as well as other service activities. YOUR PROFILE ----------- • You have initial successful professional experience in retail, in the hotel industry, gastronomy, or a comparable hospitality environment, ideally in the premium or luxury segment. • You are customer-oriented, recognize needs quickly, and convince through solution orientation as well as good judgment. • You enjoy working in a team and contribute actively to the shared success. • You have a good understanding of sales figures, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations. • You are proficient in using MS Office as well as CRM or customer management systems. • You master German at a native speaker level. Good English skills as well as further language skills are an advantage. • You are flexible and prepared to work also in the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays.
