On behalf of social services, social insurance providers, and the migration office, impiega places job seekers in sustainable work assignments and permanent positions in the regular labor market.

Through active direct placement and individual coaching, persons of all age and occupational groups are supported in their (re)integration into working life. The goal is to regain personal and financial independence.

Your responsibility

With your expertise and your personality, you contribute to ensuring that job seekers with difficult access to the labor market receive new perspectives. You design the initial or re-entry into the regular labor market individually, purposefully, and promptly, with the following tasks and activities:

Case Management

• Assessments with job seekers and resource surveys in the personal, social, and professional spheres
• Coaching and needs-based support of job seekers in the application and work process
• Reporting and case administration
• Communication with placement companies, referring authorities, partner institutions, and involved specialist departments

Acquisition, Placement, and Networking

• Acquisition and placement of assignment positions, work, and training positions
• Active direct placement and individual job acquisition for job seekers
• Building and maintaining company contacts, expanding the network, and active management of job postings

Your background

• Three-year completed vocational training or higher professional education
• Professional experience as a Job Coach, in personnel placement, or in recruitment
• Sound knowledge of the labor market and in-depth knowledge of different occupational profiles
• Recognized further training or at least 2 years of proven experience in resource- and solution-oriented coaching (Supported Employment, Job Coaching)
• Enjoyment of direct placement as well as telephone and personal customer contact (incl. cold calling) with negotiation skills and closing strength
• Existing network in companies of various industries, Northwest Switzerland region (BS, BL, SO, AG)
• Initiative, creativity, organizational skills, and process-oriented way of working
• Commitment with high social competence, flexibility, efficiency, and resilience
• Confident German in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage, very good MS Office skills
• Trustworthy, warm personality with team orientation and good presentation skills
