This small town is idyllic and the quality of life is unique. Mountains and the city are accessible in a short time. Our à la carte restaurant has 75 indoor seats as well as 60 terrace seats. La Vinobar offers 20 indoor seats and 45 terrace seats directly on the lake promenade. It is a meeting place for local as well as national and international customers. Our team is synonymous with quality Mediterranean cuisine and lived hospitality. Our goals are to pamper the customer and offer them a unique experience. To support our team, we are looking for: Service Manager (m/f) 80%-100% Ristorante la Scala The following tasks await you: • Taking charge of tasks and decisions in the service area in the absence of the director. • Leading and motivating the service team • Planning and organizing processes in the restaurant • Ensuring a high standard of service • Customer service and complaint management • Training/integration of new employees • Monitoring service quality and constant improvement of customer satisfaction. Your profile: Do you already have several years of experience in service as a Chef de Rang or similar and now wish to start a new stage in your career? Furthermore, you will convince us with: • Your ability to lead and motivate the service team, especially on weekends. • A strong talent for organization for the planning and execution of events and banquets. • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to respond to customer needs. • Great willingness to act as a representative of the director and to take on responsibilities. • Flexibility, especially on weekends and public holidays. • Initial experience in managing daily orders and inventories. • Fluent command of German, additional knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
