January 2027 Your mission: Corporate Audit is an independent, objective audit and advisory function guided by the philosophy of creating added value and continuously improving Skyguide's business activities. As a central driving force of our governance framework, you shape and strengthen an effective governance, risk, and control environment throughout the entire organization. In close cooperation with the Finance & Audit Committee as well as the Board of Directors, you play a key role in the company's current transformation as well as in the further development of sustainable Corporate Governance. Your tasks: Development and implementation of the annual, risk-based audit plan as well as its presentation to the Executive Management and Finance & Audit Committee Strategic and personnel leadership of the Corporate Audit team as well as targeted promotion and further development of employees Assessment of governance, risk, and control processes as well as derivation of optimization potential to strengthen performance and resilience Close coordination of internal audit activities with Risk Management, Controlling, External Audit, as well as Legal & Compliance Central interface for supervisory authorities and coordination of cross-border audit activities in the IntACT Audit Network (FABEC) Management and execution of internal audits according to IPPF standards as well as creation of meaningful reports with clear recommendations for action for Executive Management and the Board of Directors Further development of a high-performance and high-quality audit organization with a focus on technical expertise, methodological excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement Further development of audit methodology through modern audit approaches to strengthen a future-oriented and effective audit function Who we are looking for: University degree; CIA or CPA certification required, experience in aviation an advantage Experience in the field of Internal Audit, supplemented by project management skills, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and corresponding skills Profound experience in cooperating with Executive Management and stakeholders at Board of Directors level as well as the ability to include different perspectives and promote an inclusive dialogue Strong communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in a target-group-oriented and persuasive manner High assertiveness as well as the ability to win different stakeholder groups for common goals even in demanding situations and to achieve sustainable solutions in the sense of respectful and fair cooperation Result-oriented and confident personality with a collaborative, partnership-based way of working and the ability to promote an open, fair, and trusting team culture Strong analytical and logical thinking skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented approach and the ability to include different perspectives in decision-making processes Excellent German or Swiss German skills as well as very good English skills for successful cooperation with different teams and stakeholders What we offer: Depending on the function, we offer flexible working options, contemporary compensation, attractive social benefits, and numerous fringe benefits.
